Payment for Service
This payment is for the bus rental with driver service, the terms of which have been previously agreed upon individually between the Client and
(IK CHARTERBUS RIGA) (hereinafter – the Service Provider).
No automatic booking or ordering is processed on the website. The service date, time, route, vehicle, number of passengers, price, and other terms are coordinated individually between the Client and the Service Provider.
Payment
The Client makes the payment using the LinkPay QR code or payment link sent by the Service Provider. By making the payment, the Client confirms agreement with the previously individually agreed service terms and payment amount.
The payment confirmation verifies that the payment has been made for the specific agreed service.
Cancellation and refund
The conditions for cancellation or rescheduling of the service are applied in accordance with the individual agreement between the Client and the Service Provider and the regulatory enactments in force.
If the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the specific service in accordance with the regulatory enactments, the Client has no right to withdraw from the contract based on the general 14-day right of withdrawal.
Important
Before making the payment, the Customer must ensure that the payment amount and service details match what was previously agreed upon with the Service Provider.
